A Deeper Look Into What Causes Cancer and How to Avoid It

Cancer affects people the world over, and yet there are certain demographics like Japan, areas along the Mediterranean and others that don’t get it at all. I know, right? No fair! 

Exactly...However, statistics about these demographics have been almost common knowledge for quite some time, but for the most part people in the west still seem somewhat mystified about the common thread that connects the absence of cancer with the people that live in those places. We have learned truths like "diets with lower amounts of processed foods are more likely to be Cancer free" and "eat less sugar to be healthier" and yet, after decades of research by scientists, we still aren't reducing the number of occurrences here. Rather, they continue to rise.

The Blood Oxygen Link

The more widespread availability of information resources we now have at our disposal has brought the public a more thorough understanding as to why Cancer is a problem concentric to certain societies. For example, the concept that Cancer is primarily a disease that requires a low oxygen environment in the blood in order to thrive has only come into the public consciousness in more recent years. In fact, most people in the West had barely begun (or not at all) to view a correlation between Cancer and oxygen in the blood up until the past decade or two, but rather seemed to attribute its causes to things which were beyond their level of comprehension, and ended up putting faith in new scientific advances like gene sequencing to hopefully help find that ever elusive cure. While these advances have their place, suffice it to say that new 'light' has helped more people apply a personal and pragmatic approach when considering how to deal with the threat of Cancer in their own lives, and in the lives of their loved ones: Because low oxygen in the blood is a (or the) prime factor in the potential for Cancer to spread to almost any area of the body, take over, inhibit function and eventually kill, it has now become integral for many to know its causes and how to avoid it, because even though getting the oxygen levels up seems simple to do, through increased exercise for example, there are plenty of other reasons it can still be low on average, not to mention those with reduced ability to exercise, other diseases and circumstances.

The low oxygen state, clinically known as Hypoxemia (hypo  - 'low presence of' + oxi  - 'oxygen' + emia  - 'in the blood') or Hypoxia, is not really what empowers Cancer at all, because in reality Cancer isn't actually less effective when exposed to oxygen. Really, it's the blood that requires oxygen to fight Cancer, and since it is so common for blood to be Hypoxic, oxygenation is obviously a fundamental concept for Cancer reversal and is important to remember. But it's not the everything, so let's discuss another relevant part of the Cancer pathology, Candida.  

The Cancer/Candida Link

Coincidentally enough, both Cancer tumours and Candida (when it is found grouped into cysts) have been found to be white in colour, which was something compelling to the first observers of this phenomenon centuries ago because, although the idea that a cyst of this kind could actually be a precursor to a Cancer tumour was not formerly known, it not only fit, but it provided new clues as to the causes of Cancer. And for those who hadn't (or haven't) heard this comparison, it is equally compelling to think of because it just seems fair to assume, or at least seriously consider the possibility that the pathologies of Candida and Cancer are fundamentally aligned, where the latter is a whole lot of the former which has built itself up over time. Indeed, although it has been centuries since it was first recognized, this idea, as many, is still not as well known as it could - or should be; that is to say the idea that when the immune system detects a foreign entity like Candida that it can’t eliminate, it envelops it in a sac in order to protect the body from possible harm that substance may cause, so that the foreign substance becomes a cyst. If the host's environment continues to feed it, these types of cysts will grow and develop into tumours, which are pathologically larger and more hostile versions of the same thing: If all else remains equal, the cycle gets stronger, eventually causing death. This is at least one common mechanism of Cancer.

 

 How Not To Start the Chain Reaction

 

Evidently, proper lifestyle is necessary to avoid the chain reaction that results in Cancer, but many still get it even when they feel they made the right choices. Of course, that doesn't mean they did: Usually the evidence shows that somewhere, something was wrong with a persons habits and it led to the path of disease. Therefore education, particularly in the west, is of utmost importance, because once Cancer sets in, it's more difficult to reverse, and 'an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure'.

Needless to say, to cure Cancer from the body, change is needed to avoid an even more negative outcome, like death, and preferably that means the kind that doesn’t involve surgery or other undesirable procedures. Further, as mentioned, to attain a Cancer free life, we would be wise to better address how Candida Overgrowth happens along with the hypoxic condition previously mentioned in order to be a better judge of the consequences of our actions. This condition is also known as Systemic Candida, Candidiasis or Candida Overgrowth and other names, too, like the American Parasite and Saccharine Disease, but fundamentally, it involves every so may facets of life that it can be really hard to name, much less define. You see, as most of us now know, a person, or an animal for that matter, has bacteria that exist in the stomach. Bacteria in the gut are also known as gut flora, or the microbiome. Study of this is what led to the probiotics craze which has the health food industry going nuts for several years now, because bacteria in the gut are important. There are so many types of bacteria that exist in the stomach that we can't even name them, and they all have a purpose and function. Some of the more important ones do have different recognized names and many of them are beneficial, however some of them can be bad, and this is the category that the Candida bacteria falls into: Normally, Candida populations comprise arguably only about 20% of the total gut flora in the average adult and are said to be kept in check by the other “good” bacteria, probiotics. What happens, though, is that people who become exposed to an over-abundance of antibiotics, either because of medical prescriptions or animal products, or else overeat sugary foods and foods that are low in nutrient value for long periods, get a condition called Candida Overgrowth, which becomes systemic, or system wide, and often its effects go hand in hand with other overlapping conditions/illnesses, making it hard to diagnose. This can easily happen without immediately being noticed, so it is necessary to be alert, because things can get very complicated: They say that Candida overgrowth begins with the natural ratio of Candida in the stomach increasing due to poor diet, and since its numbers are increased, this causes Candida to have greater influence in the gut biome, which may be connected electrochemically to the brain, and so sugar cravings, along with perceived dependency begins at that point. (This is only a fragmented explanation of the dynamics of cravings). What happens next is that the Candida populations increase so much in the gut that it will overgrow past the stomach threshold and into the intestine, and this is where serious trouble begins - because Candida is not supposed to be present outside the stomach. At this point, Candida can wreak havoc on any other part of the body which circumstances can enable, and unfortunately this means numerous diseases are now possible, without prejudice to location. This is generally agreed upon in the science world. Often, and most probably what will happen is that the Candida, with nothing to stop it (like change of habits), will continue to overgrow out of the body through the colon and rectum, at which point it changes into a fungus. This is when people officially take on symptoms which are truly Systemic, and although many of the symptoms may seem somewhat harmless, as a whole they should be looked upon as a signalling system of something that needs to be harnessed or the situation can eventually lead to death. In fact, the nature of Candida is such that it will actually live on past the death of a human or animal. Candida plays a large role in the decomposition of body tissue - because it is an anaerobic pathogen. Besides Cancer, here are some of the more common symptoms:

  • Yellow or White Toenail/Fingernails                                 

  • Exhaustion/Fatigue

  • Cravings for sweets

  • Bad breath

  • White coat on tongue

  • Brain fog

  • Hormone imbalance

  • Joint pain

  • Loss of sex drive

  • Chronic sinus and allergy issues

  • Digestive problems (gas and bloating)

  • Weak immune system, 

  • UTI

 

Candidiasis outcomes can vary in number and severity and they aren’t always exclusive to Candidiasis, meaning if you are exhibiting one it doesn’t necessarily mean you have Candidiasis. However, if you are exhibiting more than one, it increases the chance that you do have Systemic Candidiasis.

 

 

In order to treat the problem, one must look at the whole problem and also act according to the particular circumstance of the individual: Someone with a more advanced degenerative case will want to pursue more aggressive techniques, while this may not be required for the early onset of symptoms. In all cases, however, there are some universal guidelines that will always be beneficial, such as avoiding meats with antibiotics, pursuing a diet high in fibre, eating nutrient dense food that is low in sugar or carbohydrates, and replacing sugar and carbs with fats as much as possible. Naturally occurring foods are better to eat than processed foods. Herbs and spices can help, along with certain supplement procedures, like Castor Oil, liquid Bentonite Clay and DDS.

Vegetarians and Vegans can succeed but the same rules must be applied properly in order to ensure optimum benefits.

 

Further to this, there are several methods of actually fighting an existing Cancer problem which are considered effective to alternative physicians and practitioners. The following are some of them:

  • Apricot seeds. high in vitamin B17, has been reported to have high success rate in treating Cancer. Using seeds from electronically pasteurized or irradiated fruit may prove to render this method inert so be sure to use high quality approved seeds sold specifically for this purpose. 

  • Food grade hydrogen peroxide. While this has traditionally been considered to be poisonous and dangerous to health, low levels of food grade hydrogen peroxide have been reported to cure cancer, because hydrogen peroxide oxygenates the blood and creates a inhospitable environment for Cancer cells to thrive, but also gives the immune system a chance to kill the existing cancer before it gets out of control. Some people have argued that this method is invalid because oxygen in the blood if too high can have a negative and opposite effect of being a cancer fighter, however this claim is false because of the tendency in the body especially in Cancer patients to have low levels of oxygenation in the blood.  

  • Vitamin C Nobel prize winning Dr. Linus Pauling established many of the cancer fighting properties back in the 50’ and 60’s, much of which has been repressed by certain conspicuous parties, but the treatment has found additional success elsewhere, and intravenous Vitamin C has been shown to reverse cancer even in its advanced stages.
